Safety Cabinets

Description

SAFETY CABINETS

Biosafety Cabinet Class II A2 :

Class II: A2 Biological Safety Cabinet ensures the user, product and environment protection from the biohazard factor and prevents cross-contamination of various samples used in experiments. They recirculate 70% of the HEPA-filtered laminar air while 30% passes through an exhaust HEPA filter for discharge to the lab or optional canopy.   A Biological Safety Cabinet is mainly used for handling pathogenic biological samples or for applications that require a sterile work zone.

Fume Hood Basic Type – Manual Control Panel :

his fume hood is suitable for general laboratory applications, dealing with various common acid and solvents as well as enduring the harshest laboratory environments. Fume hood basic type could be used as a ductless fume hood as well. This type of fume hood utilizes carbon or HEPA filtration to protect laboratory personnel from toxic chemical fumes, odors, and particles. Ductless Fume Hood guarantees a hassle-free installation and no lab work interruption. Fume Hoods are ventilated enclosures that enable laboratory personnel to safely work with materials that produce hazardous fumes and volatile vapors.

Fume Hood Standard Type - LCD Control Panel :

This fume hood is suitable for general laboratory applications, dealing with various common acid and solvents as well as enduring the harshest laboratory environments. This fume hood comes with LCD Display control panel for AIRFLOW controlling and monitoring, in addition to visual & audible alarms, air flow digital screen, and touch sensitive buttons for all the operations.Fume Hoods are ventilated enclosures that enable laboratory personnel to safely work with materials that produce hazardous fumes and volatile vapors.

Fume Hood Prime Type – LCD Control Panel Energy Saving Inverter (Automatic Flow) :

This fume hood is suitable for general & special laboratory applications, dealing with various common acid and solvents as well as enduring the harshest laboratory environments. This fume hood comes with VAC (variable air control) system which enables the control the speed of the exhaust air to save energy & fresh air. Also, it comes with LCD Display control panel for AIRFLOW controlling and monitoring, in addition to visual & audible alarms, air flow digital screen, and touch sensitive buttons for all the operations. Fume Hoods are ventilated enclosures that enable laboratory personnel to safely work with materials that produce hazardous fumes and volatile vapors.

Polypropylene Fume Hood – Perchloric HCI Acid FH :

Polypropylene Fume Hoods are made of high-quality non-corrosive polypropylene with excellent chemical resistance. Polypropylene increases the product’s tensile strength and improves its thermal characteristics. The Polypropylene Fume Hoods protect laboratory staff from noxious fumes released by acids, dangerous gas and organic solutions - materials and acids which regular steel hoods may not withstand.Fume Hoods are ventilated enclosures that enable laboratory personnel to safely work with materials that produce hazardous fumes and volatile vapors.

Walk-in Fume Hood :

Walk-In Fume Hoods are "oversized" enclosures that are built to isolate the exterior of the hood from fumes, dust, odors, and other harmful particulate. Primarily, these hoods isolate the environment from particle contamination and allow applications to be performed in a sperate working area. Fume Hoods are ventilated enclosures that enable laboratory personnel to safely work with materials that produce hazardous fumes and volatile vapors.

Laminar Flow: Class I :

Laminar Flow: Class I. A laminar flow cabinet is defined as enclosed workbench which is used to create a contamination free work environment through installed HEPA filters that capture all the particles entering the cabinet. A laminar flow cabinet is used for work with substances which are not hazardous for the personnel health for personnel and environmental protection.

       Laminar Flow Types:

            A.     Horizontal Laminar Flow

            B.     Vertical Laminar Flow

            C.     PCR Workstation

Biosafety Cabinet Class II B2 :

Class II: B2 Biological Safety Cabinet ensures the user, product and environment protection from the biohazard factor and prevents cross-contamination of various samples used in experiments. The type B2 total exhaust cabinets are widely used in toxicology laboratories and similar applications where chemical effluent is present and clean air is essential. The air goes through a HEPA filter and is 100% exhausted through a dedicated duct with an exhaust fan motor. The air is then released into the atmosphere.

Tall Chemical Cabinets :

Internal volume: approx. 408 litres. Possibility to provide the cabinet with activated charcoal filters and fan.  Constructed entirely from pickled and electrogalvanized steel, coated with powdered epoxy acid-resistance, then passage through a 200° C. thermic tunnel. Painting thickness of no less than 60 m (micron). Completely sealed external monolithic structure. New construction using internal and exterior double cases.
